ស&អ comes from the names of His Excellency Seang Nam and Lok Chumteav Un Vunly, Member of Parliament in Siem Reap. Take a look at the drawing of these two letters, the Kbeung wants to inspire ( traditional calligraphy ), which is a drawing derived from the drawing of a brush, resembling a painting with detailed rules. We decided to use gold letters on the green background to emphasize the representation of the Member of Parliament, which gives hope to the people.
