សុខភាព គឺសម្រាប់ទាំងអស់គ្នា។ ហេលហ្វរអល គឺជាកម្មវិធីមួយដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយ JCI Neak Poan ហើយកម្មវិធីនេះ ត្រូវបានផ្តួចផ្តើមឡើងដើម្បីលើកកំពស់សុខភាពប្រជាជននៅតាមជនបទ ព្រោះនៅតាមតំបន់នោះ ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាមិនសូវជាបានយល់ដឹងខ្ពស់ពីចំនេះដឹងទូទៅខ្លាំង ដូចនៅតាមទីប្រជុំជនឡើយ ដូច្នេះហើយបានជា Health for All បានត្រូវបានចាប់ផ្តើមឡើងមក។
ផ្កាច័ន្ទជានិមិត្តសញ្ញាដែលយើងចងចាំតាមប្រាសាទខ្មែរ ហើយសញ្ញាបូក គឺតំណាងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ឬឱសថស្ថាន។ ខៀវ និងលឿង ជាពណ៌ដែលចាប់យកពីនិមិត្តសញ្ញា JCI ដោយសារតែ Health for All ជាកម្មវិធីមួយដែលស្ថិតនៅក្រោមការគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ JCI ហើយពណ៌នេះផងដែរ ក៏តំណាងឲ្យភាពស្អាតស្អំ និងអនាម័យផងដែរ។

Health for All is a program created by JCI Neak Poan to improve the health of people in rural areas, as they are often less informed than those in urban areas. That is why Health for All was started.
Pka Chan is a symbol that we remember from Kbach Khmer, and the plus sign represents a hospital or pharmacy. Blue and yellow are the colors derived from the JCI logo, as Health for All is a program under the management of JCI. These colors also represent cleanliness and hygiene.
